Hi, I’m Hannah, founder of SparkMind.
As a neurodivergent individual and Registered Nurse Associate, my journey with ADHD and life in a neurodiverse family inspired me to create a safe, empowering space for others.
With over seven years experience in mental health services, I blend lived experience and professional expertise to support autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent adults and those who struggle with their mental health in building coping strategies, embracing strengths, and navigating challenges.
